Delicious Smoothie Recipes
Here are two delicious smoothie recipes prepared by our expert chef. These smoothies are nutritious, full of energy and ideal for a pre-workout energy boost or a post-exercise recovery drink.
Smoothie One Ingredient List
- 1 banana
- 100ml Orange Juice
- 100g Strawberries
- 1 dessert spoon of honey
Smoothie Two Ingredient List
- 1/2 Papaya or Mango
- 1/4 Pineapple
- 2-3 dessert spoons of low fat yogurt
Prepare the ingredients, place in a blender for one minute and voila, a fresh and tasty drink. You can use any leftover ingredients (e.g. pineapple) as tasty snacks later in the day. Have a try and let us know what you think.
